Novel Campaigns (“Novel Campaigns”, “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides its services to you and its users through its website located at www.novelcampaigns.com and through our API, plugins, applications, and related services. By using our services, you hereby acknowledge, consent, and agree to our Privacy Policy. 

To provide our services we may collect data including your email address, installation date, LinkedIn public profile data, Mailchimp api key, subscription details at Stripe, whether a paid plan or not, and Google Analytics. Your information may be stored in Firebase, Stripe, and Google Analytics.  Your email address, installation date, and data on paid plans or not may be stored in Firebase. Your email address and payment details may be stored in Stripe.

We use the information collected to check, for example, if you are a paying user or not, and your application usage via Google Analytics. This does not mean we have access to your information, data, or setting, other than the aforementioned. In cases where we respond to support requests and offer help on troubleshooting specific issues, we may have access to your data, provided you share your account information with us, after agreeing on the following premises and terms, that: there is no sensitive, private, or personally identifiable information in your data; your data will remain within your document; and you must remove the sharing access when the support session is completed.

We may choose to communicate with you by email from time to time to enhance user experience and to follow up on errors or script issues. We may also follow up with you on other matters we consider of your interest in relation with our services/add-ons. When doing this, we may send you a personal email. We may also provide occasional in-app announcements, polls, surveys with relevant information, respond to your feedback tickets, and follow up on your questions.

Your privacy is important to us. So you’ll also be happy to know that we do not and will not share your information with any third party unless legally required by law.
